What we collect
- Your email address and the password hash managed by our authentication provider.
- Your interview profile: target role, region, stage, interview date and target firm, if you give them.
- Your answers, scores, response times and confidence ratings, so we can compute and explain your results.
- Written and behavioral answers you type, and the feedback generated for them.
- Case answers: your numerical entries, any workings you add, your written answers, which case and version you took, the target you had selected at the time, and the results and feedback.
How written answers are processed
Behavioral answers, written technical answers and the written parts of case answers are sent to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude model) to be graded. We send only the question (for a case, also the brief, the exhibit and any workings you added) and your answer, with no name, email or account identifier. Before you submit a case, the screen tells you this. Under the provider's commercial API terms, data sent through the API is not used to train its models. We do not use your answers to train models either.
How long we keep it
- The text of written, behavioral and case answers (including workings and the quotes shown in feedback) is deleted automatically after 180 days. Scores and criteria are kept.
- Case drafts you never submitted are deleted after 180 days without activity.
- Everything else is kept until you delete your account.
Your controls
- Download all of your data from Settings.
- Delete a single case attempt, with its answers and feedback, from its feedback screen.
- Delete your account and all associated data from Settings. This removes your data from our database straight away and cannot be undone. It cannot reach copies we do not control: our database provider may keep backups for a limited period under its own schedule, and the AI provider may keep data sent to it for a limited period under its own terms.
- Correct your profile details in Settings at any time.
Who sees your data
Only you can see your results. We do not sell data and we do not share it with employers or recruiters. Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery and the grading model) process data on our behalf.
Not a hiring decision
Scores describe your preparation against our own benchmark. They are not an employer assessment and do not predict a hiring outcome. The behavioral grader is an AI model and can be wrong; treat its feedback as practice guidance.
